Konfer Suicide Kings (KSK) for Classic TBC

This version includes a potential fix for the broadcast issues and the messages sometimes received that the broadcast was fake. The reasons for this are long and complicated but it was essentially Blizzard changing an API in a way that broke the mod that has been working for 12 years. There are two ways I have attempted to fix this. The first is that the broadcast payload is now compressed with LibDeflate which should greatly reduce the amount of data sent. The second is there is now a way to control the speed at which KSK sends the data so that hopefully the data is sent slowly enough not to trip up Blizzard's stupid "protection" mechanism they implemented back in 13.1.2 to prevent threat meters and LFG addons from working.

In order to control the speed at which the addon sends its data use the command /ksk cps 400. This should reduce the rate at which it sends the data by half. Please *ONLY* do this if your users have received the "illegal broadcast" errors, and please let me know via a private message or on the forum thread if this fixes the problem (or even more importantly, if it doesn't). To restore things to their default, type /ksk cps 800.

Please also note that I will not officially be supporting Warcraft Classic any more although there is an excellent chance this version will Just Work(TM) :) But officially this is intended for The Burning Crusade Classic.
