Changes in r12:

* Fixed a minor bug if more than 1 Konfer module is loaded

* "Alts Tethered to Mains" is now a per-list option rather than an un-synchronised global option. Lists will all be given whatever the current global value is when you upgrade. Thereafter you can change this option on a per-list basis and that choice is synchronised between admins.

* Main KSK window position now correctly stays where you place it rather than always resetting to the middle of the screen.
