    - Removed `kMiscellaneous` and `kLib` from `.toc` requirements. Added `Changelog-*.txt` files to `.gitignore`.
    - Added `/libs` directory to `.gitignore`.
    - Added `package-as` field to `.pkgmeta`.
    - Fixed `kLib` in `.pkgmeta` to public URL.
