Fixed /kickalicious command and some bugs

Fixed: /kickalicious command
Fixed: hopefully some bugs while loading the addon

Paxi:
    - updated version tag .toc file
    updated version tag in .toc file
    - changed event handling
    Changed how the combat log event is registered to make sure it's
    fired before the addon settings are loaded. Also changed so that
    it now unregisters the event if the addon is disabled with the toggle
    command.
    - fixed /kickalicious command
    Fixed a spelling error causing /kickalicious command to not work
