minor fixes, seems stable

Paxi:
    - more namespace fixes, some cleanup
    renamed the OnEvent handler to avoid naming collisions
    with other addons.
    
    changed the default values of verbose to off and output
    channel to auto.
    
    did some cleanup of the /kal info function.
