releasing v1.1 with minor fixes

Paxi:
    - added possible fix for namespace collisions
    Some of the functions handling slash commands
    were incorrectly global possibly causing collisions
unknown:
    - fix filtering
    previous version of the filtering didn't work as expected, it
    filtered out the players interrupts as well.
Paxi:
    - added interrupt filtering
    Added filtering to avoid announcing interrupts from players
    not in your party. This was only an issue when in promiscuous mode
