Localization

- German (deDE) native

- English fallback for all other client languages

 (enUS, enGB, frFR, esES, ruRU, koKR, zhCN, zhTW, …)

- Dungeon names sourced from C_ChallengeMode.GetMapUIInfo()

 and display in the player's own client language automatically

Bug fixes

- Counter badge (x/5 Keys) now always visible in header

- Manual panel level selector no longer hidden behind dungeon list
