COMPLETE REWRITE

• Fixed critical Lua syntax errors that caused load failures in v2.x
• Keystone detection now uses 5 independent sources:
    1. WoW API (C_MythicPlus)
    2. LibOpenRaid-1.0 (passive, e.g. via RaiderIO)
    3. LibKeystone (passive)
    4. SYNC addon messages (PARTY channel)
    5. Keystone chat-link parsing
• New card-based UI (360 px wide, 2 columns, Crystal Violet color scheme)
• Dungeon icons with teleport buttons per card (SecureActionButtonTemplate)
• Manual entry panel for players without a detected key
• Draggable Minimap button with persistent position (KeyRouletteDB)
• Auto-loads keys when the window is opened
• WINNER broadcast syncs the Roulette result to all party members
• Raid lock prevents unwanted broadcasts in raid groups
• Requires WoW Retail 12.0.0 (Interface 120001)
