Minor bug fixes

Adirelle:
    - Added a X-Part-Of header in the TOC file of submodules.
    - Display the short Colossus Smash debuff instead of the "long" Physical Vulnerability one (fixes #264).
    - Priests also needs the 20% health threshold (should fix #265).
