Description
Hides the animations added in patch 10.1.5 to the default actionbars
If you wish to use the new Golden Border then just open up HideActionbarAnimations.toc and put two # infront of SpellActivationAlert.lua like this

Hides the following:

*Interrupted Action (Red Flash)
*Castbar on Spell
*Ground Reticle Spell
*Cooldown Flash
Does not Hide:
*Golden Border Procc
