GrimReaper: Some fixes and optimizing overall. Had to remove the internal combat line generator, so it'll always use the Blizzard combat log line generator now. Fixed problems with reporting due to new chat throttle limitations in WoW. Will pump a max of 14 lines out for a report, which is just under the chat limit for a 10-15 second period. Let me know if this is an issue anywhere.
