   Changes the Orgrimmar NPCs to use the proper map ID.

   Updates quest levels based on Blizzard's new system.

   Update GetPlayerMapPosition() to accept an optional map ID and has Coordinates() use it.

   Adds basic support for covenant renown level prerequisites.

   Adds support to mark quests as callings quests.

   Adds the ability to set covenant talent prerequisites.

   Adds the ability to have prerequisites for quests turned in prior to the previous weekly reset.

   Adds GetBasicAchievementInfo() that acts as a front for Blizzard's GetAchievementInfo() albeit with limited return values, but also provides information about achievements for which Blizzard's API returns nil.
