Auto discovers roles from LFD or talents and allows manual override.
Manual override keybinds.
Target the party or raid member (works on yourself as well)
and press the keybind to set role.
If addon cannot discover your role it will prompt you to pick one.
This also sets the working mode (tank, healer or dps)
