Fortuna Dice Roller

This is the major promised UI update:

• Now uses text-based standard dice notation instead of sliders:
  • XdY+Z (e.g. 1d20+5) for standard d20 mode and some Fortuna rolls
  • XdY+ZvA for Fortuna rolls against a known difficulty
    • Rolling more than one die in Fortuna mode automatically invokes Aspect rules; see Fortuna rule book for more details.
• Window should now remember visibility, mode, and position states between sessions
• Window smaller overall

Some usability improvements as well:

• In Fortuna mode, explosions and implosions always happen (use d20 mode to avoid these special rules)
