Follow The Arrow

FTA has been updated to version 0.3
- Minor bugfixes to some steps in the campaign.
- Settings window added.
- A default settings button lets you revert back to the normal settings at any time.
- You can lock the arrow and/or main window (under the "General" tab in settings). This also enables clickthrough.
- Sliders have been added to scale things. You can scale the arrow, the text under the arrow, the entire panel (and the guide text), or just the main panel UI elements. I will probably tweak the exact values in the future based on user feedback (let me know what you think), but I think this is good enough for the moment.
- You can now change the color of the arrow. There are three colors you can select, for "Facing", "Away", and "Midpoint". By default, these are bright green, red, and yellow, respectively. I'm not an expert at colorblind settings, so if anyone needs me to add some extra functionality here, let me know.
- Auto Pickup and Turn In can be enabled in the settings. No additional automation is included at this time, I would still recommend downloading QuickQuest (and I added text in the settings panel saying that).
- Voldemort Mode has been added. No further explanation will be given, go test it.
