- Rage bar max value now accounts for glyphed 120 max rage.
- Added Whirlwind, Wild Strike (Bloodsurge), Heroic Leap to fury rotation
- Added secondary rage threshold for when Colossus Smash is not active
- Apply rage thresholds to rage dumps in addition to heroic strike
- Added "Reset" button to restore addon to recommended settings

Updated Fury, Prot and Arms rotation helpers to Mists of Pandaria
Removed rotational spells no longer in the game.
Added Dragon Roar and Wild Strike
Removed tracked debuffs no longer in the game.
Added new MoP debuff categories.
Added custom debuff/buff tracking support.
Removed custom options no longer relevant in MoP
Fixed bug that would prevent Devastate from appearing in rotation if placed behind Revenge.
Add Deadly Calm, Glyph of Incite and Ultimatem support for Heroic Strike
