- Implemented a new tagging system, which allows notes to change dynamically based on current role, difficulty, etc. Healers will no longer see notes about focus killing adds, DPS will no longer see notes about getting aggro, etc. While the system is finished, not every note has been tagged yet.
- Edited many notes to be shorter and clearer. This is an ongoing process.
- Added new frame options: "Frame Strata" and "Background Color".
- Added several options to control note content, related to the new tagging system.
- Changed the default location of the note frame to be more sensible -- it's now right above the tooltip. This only affects users who have not explicitly set a position in the options.
