Druid Buffs

Fixed casting lower ranks on people that can't handle the highest rank. Hopefully this works for all languages. Since SoD removes lower ranks from the spellbook, some things think you don't have that spell anymore so I had to change the cast to use a text macro instead of exact spell IDs like before.
