-Updated TOC for the new patch
-Removed the daily quest count and timer since there is
      now no longer a limit to the daily quest ---WOOT!
-Disabled the daily heroic option

-Added the option to hide inactive quests to shorten long lists
    such as the fireland dailies.
-The issue where the tooltip not reseting correctly for characters
    should now be resolved.

-Added the other faction city dailies for fishing and cooking
     (Undercity, Ironforge, etc.)
-Fixed an issue with the tooltip where the status of the quest on an
     alt was not always properly updated to completed.
-Fixed an issue where the tooltip displayed the incorrect reputation
    for the cooking and fishing quests for Alliance

- Added the Darkmoon Faire and Fireland dailies.
- Fixed an issue where the tracker would reposition, even when locked
    after expanding or collapsing a faction.
- Changed the color of the quest title on the tracker to be yellow when
    accepted to be easier to see with a large list
    like the Fireland Dailies.
