- tracks last fol hot for player
- option to enable/disable specific player bars (when you check/uncheck that toggle the bars will disappear till buffs are reaplied)
- bol and jotp bars shouldn't appear if you don't have the talent

- minimal testing (thanks to blizzard keeping my server for extra 4 hours in maintenance); if you want a solid version use last one till I do

ALPHA - BARELY TESTED

shared media support for font/textures/sounds of self bars (check the + near self on the options pane)
pulse duration (it stays fully visible for x-1 seconds and fades last second)
improved pulse animation
improved warning code (hopefully)
