Cata Link Spells

Adds the ability to link Spells to Chat MSG.
Adds the ability to link SpellName and subSpellName to Macros.

Restoring the original ShiftClick function that Cata had broken but in a different way explained below.

Added a ActionButton with ID:120 to the SpellBook. (Can be changed with file edit details below)

Drag a spell to the ActionButton and with the Chat text box open or the Macro text box has focus.
LeftClick the "Link Spell" button to link.
Linking or closing the SpellBook will auto clear the ActionButton. 

Added a Toggle Macros button to the SpellBook.

Added a Create Macro button to the SpellBook.

Will create a macro with the current spell name attached to the ActionButton.

Changing the ActionButton ID
Open the text file "ChangeActionButtonID" with your prefered text editor. (Instructions Inside)

I created this addon for personal use as I could not find an addon that linked spells. Most of this was coded with ChatGPT and some basic understanding. Please don't be mean if you look at the code and there's a much better way to go about it. It's working and BugGrabber shows no bugs :)
