The War Within Udpate: CIMI is no longer needed to know whether you know appearances across your account, yay!

However our overlay and tooltips are still really useful for purchasing items, cleaning your bags, or deciding where to farm using the Adventure Journal. It also shows Bind on Equip (yellow) and Warbound (pink) colors on items to help you share/sell items if that's something you're interested in!

We've also recently added Toys, Pets, and Mounts to the overlay, so you can see if you know them or not too!

What do the icons mean?

Current character can learn it.

Item is Soulbound and the current character can use it

• Has learned it.
• Has learned it, but from a different item.

Item is Warbound

• Learned by your account.
• Learned from a different item.

Item is Bind on Equip

• Learned by your account.
• Learned from a different item.
• Current character cannot ever use or learn it.

Item is Soulbound and current character cannot use it

• Current character cannot ever use or learn it.

// Item cannot be learned for transmog (necks, trinkets, rings, etc.).

Other tooltip options

• If it is part of an item/tier set.
