THIS ADDON IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED!
Due to API changes that were brought out, solely to counter the sheer amount of people getting silenced/banned because of other addon developers rather removing reports about bugs, then to resolve them; most rare addons lost a lot of their functionality.
With Shadowlands no longer allowing most of the dynamic functionality around sharing rares through addons, we stopped with active development of this addon.
It still works and is updated for 8.3, but that is all there will be.
If you want a proper, actively developed addon for finding rares, the (by far) best one out there is TomCat's Tours.
TomCat's Tours will also be actively developed in Shadowlands! Go download it at:

Just an FYI... The best addon during the timeless isle era, was RareCoordinator. It worked by using a hidden chat channel to broadcast updates to everyone on the isle that was using the addon. When someone targeted a rare, everyone got the update immediately and we could even tell how long it had been since it was last up. If you want to rule the rare-addon arena, this is the one I'd bank on.

The issue with that is our bane of existence. Sharding. A different shard, might have different rares up and different spawn timers. However, sharding is NOT detectable through the API (I asked multiple different communities and blizzard, all had the same conclusion...) Which means that an addon using a hidden chat channel, which is nothing more then an undetectable custom chat channel, which is also NOT sharded, would relay that info through all the shards, not just the players current one. Also you would receive info from all the shards, not just your current one. An addon doing that for rares, would be spreading false info. I looked into that to try to work around it, once again, with the help of some way more experienced addon communities, and we came up with nothing.
We need an API update from blizz to fix this, before any addon can effectively do that in the same way, sadly enough :(
