    Initialize the ArtifactFrame, DigSiteFrame, and DistanceIndicatorFrame regardless of combat status - IΓÇÖve no idea why there was a delay in that case, but it actually caused problems due to attempts to reference frames that didnΓÇÖt exist. Fixes ticket #572 (as well as many duplicates).
