archwin 1.4 hotfix

# Turn on/off use keystones per race now works correctly.

# Added a new function to the minimap Blobs, the first time u encounter multiple digsites in a zone it will show all blobs unthil you have digged on em, the next time you visit that place and other digsites is in the same zone, it will remember witch blob to use. This is to prevent Red blobs in the middle of the screen etc, Also this process uses Alot less memory then the old system.

# Removed the old minimap tracking rings etc, This option was taking up to much unnessecery memory compared to the new system. I can however implant this again in a later version is i get enough requests.

# Removed/improved alot of old code in archwin.
