Added a new Tracker over the character (This can be turned off in the options menu)
Solve window and notifications windows can now be moved if the Options menu is open.
Improved the Minimap tracker calculations time.
Added notification when your near Fragment cap(after 150 fragments youl be notifyed)
Changed some codes here and there for better performance.
Fixed a bug When you log in for the first time, default variables would not be applyed correctly(witch for some caused lua error)
