Arch Win

   When on "Eastern Kingdoms" continent Night elf is properly showed in the race window.
   Added Options to move minimap overlay.
   Added Options to remove background on the windows.
   Arch win should no longer interfere with blizzards Archaolegy windows.
   Added notifications when you are near skill cap and need to go to the trainer.
   Fixed notifications on high value items and rare's.
   Arch win should now hide when in combat.
   Added a new button to show how many times you have completed artifacts for eatch race.
   Added a Close button on notifications(You had to not hover over the window a few secs for it to fade before)
   Notifications should no longer stack on top of eatchother if more then 1 notification shows,
      Solve notification is highest prio on show.
   Added notification when near skill cap, and skill is now showed in the solve notice.
   Fixed a bug witch caused framerate drop when using the world map in ..Mini mode ?.. Annyway, fixed!

   Digsites now have minimap glow over the locations you have digged before.
      -the glow effects wont  be added to digs done close to other digs.
      -Most of Kalimdor digsites is added.
      -New digsites you visit will automaticly save the digging positions
      -If for some reason the digsite digging positions gets bugged write /archwin clean.
