inserted "Cooking"

deactivated posting at zone change, which sometimes announced the wrong city. now only auto posts as reaction to trade chat.

fixed some settings
added AFK check. default: do not post if AFK. (note: posting while afk removes afk flag if your client is set to auto-deflag)
