fixed some settings
added AFK check. default: do not post if AFK. (note: posting while afk removes afk flag if your client is set to auto-deflag)

bugfix: advertise posting has no longer problems after rebooting. (GetTime is time since pc bootup)

new feature: now does send postings based on incoming trade channel messages (as an event, additional to zone changes)

new feature: can show time left until reposting and reset the timer

new feature: announce text can be set freely by using __LINK__ as variable placeholder, and __SKILL__ for skill level.
