Got rid of the event library and a few updates for Mop.

    - Show ticks of Crackling Jade Lightning and Soothing Mist.
    - Do not show crowd-control debuffs on player.
    Stock UI already shows some alert.
    - Fixed the remaning bugs in CastBars.
    - Move more code to core.
    - Moar OOP !
    - Use an event frame for main events.
    - Get rid of LibAdiEvent-1.0.
