Fixes first run errors

The saved variables were not being initialized
at the appropriate time.

    Hopefully this fixes the first run errors.
    - Fixes #29 : New entries are checked if appropriate
    New entries created by the list manager are checked if
    it is appropriate.
    - Fix syntax error

    This initializes the saved variables at the beginning of the addon
    manager init method.
