Accurate coordinates (DCoords)

1. Made various optimisations, in the effort to consume less cpu for people with potatoes for computers
2. Added addon update speed user settings, so those people with potatoes for computers can set it to update as and when they want
3. Added minimap coordinates and options
4. Changed initialisation text as people have been crying about seeing an email (people with faster or decent computers wont ever see this as it will be updated very quickly).
