* Fixed an error when teleporting
* Switched to using an exponential smoothing algorithm for calculating average speed
* Right-clicking on the speedo will toggle display of an additional instant speed
* Added a slash command "/speedo". This will toggle a distance/time meter - useful for measuring over a longer distance/time. Find a level area you can run in a good distance for, and use /speedo to measure the time taken.
