No Townies, No Buildings

Are you tired of deleting everything? I am, so I made an EMPTY save file. All houses, apartments ... GONE!

This is an EMPTY save file. There are NO Sims in this save file - not even "hidden" households/sims.

ALL worlds are 100% empty, including hidden and secret lots, EXCEPT: 

1. the acting studio that came with Get Famous, and
2. the secret lab that came with StrangerVille (because the game replaces them even if you delete them.)
