The Old Salt Block

A city block with New York-inspired brownstone apartments. It consists of three, 3-storey apartments. An old building, a newly renovated building with a penthouse on the top floor and a semi-renovated old building. At the basement level, you have a cafe, a gym connected to a laundromat. 

You may use it as a resendential area and pick a room or decorate your own! It's like moving in real life. You can also use the roommate system in the Discover University Pack and assign them their own unit! You can also use it as a community lot (gym or cafe). A total of 13 apartment units.
