*I suggest locking the door that leads to the private living area downstairs and the bathroom downstairs, as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs when using the lot for certain functions. To Lock the doors, use a mod to lock them or just go into build mode and remove the door.
*A stove and fridge will need to be placed if you run the lot as a Residential/Rental lot and you would like to have your sims cook.
*I play tested this lot in “Restaurant mode” since that tends to be the most buggy lots (at least in my game own saves).
