I built this house for 1 or 2 parents and 2 teenagers.
It has one main bedroom and 2 other bedrooms. It only has 1 bathroom but I find it's usually enough for 4 sims :)
The kitchen and the living room are in one area, I really like these open kitchens.
I like when there are activities on a lot, so I put down a yoga mat, some plant pots and there's a stargazer. And of course this home comes with a small pool :)
I build a little home office area because I imagined one of the parents is a freelancer.
This home costs 77,263 simoleons and was built on a 30x20 lot.
