I was watching this speed build video by @syldavia_syl and i felt like i really NEEDED to build. Something. Whatever. Just change a bit some (sorry 😅) GB ugly house. But i couldnt stop til it was all done and unrecognizable 🤭.

I wanted to keep the mid century spirit but with a modern touch reno. 

The idea was to take advantage of all the natural light in the enviroment  but play with materials that provide shade and allow air circulation to keep the inside cool, turning the house into an oasis. With this in mind, picked whites and creams to decorate the interior in order to keep it simple, bright and contemporary.

The lot is a 30x20 size.

It has just one floor where u can find:

-  A great outdoor zone with several and shaded areas for your Sims to deal with the extreme desert temperatures. Outdoor dining, fire pit lounge, a little lagoon with a hanging chair and some rugs to lay under the tree shadow, this magnificent porched area with an outdoor living and the loungers and finally a pool that wraps the porch.

- The long hall works as a hallway/distributor.

- On the right u'll find the bedroom. With a big open closed and access to the pool.

- Just as u enter, u'll find the spacious bathroom. 2 sinks and a large and comfortable marble shower.

- On the left there's the living room. And also a little workspace with a desk and a computer.

- Below and separated by a (fake) folding sliding door, u'll find the modern kitchen. One line of counters and another of tall cabinets with all the appliances. It has also a little but very usefull dinner table.

- But if u prefer to enjoy the outside, u can take your meals on the porched outdoor dining just below.

The house is full furnished. But CC is not included for respect to their creators. U can find the CC list with all the direct links to download the items i used to decorate it at my website. Or, if u prefer, u can just download the blueprints and decorate it yourself 😉
