Wishing for Youthful Vigor on the Wishing Well and getting the outcome that's categorized as Death grants the eternal youth the Sim asked for, in the form of turning them into a ghost. And ghosts don't age, so that technically fulfills the Sim's wish.
The problem is that the game randomizes the ghost type every time, meaning Sims just get a wildly unrelated ghost type for this. This mod fixes that by just setting a single, custom ghost type up for Sims to be turned into. It's now neutral/generic instead of being a random ghost with a random cause of death.
