Unlocked Apartment Shells

• Fixed the issue of not being able to set front doors, if sims were barging into your apartment, that's probably why.
• I went over every lot in the game and added camera settings that San Myshuno builds use to minimize that horrible view of the shell turning invisible. It's not a fix but an excellent compromise. I plan to polish it so smaller lots get a bigger view, but that's for another day.
• All apartment shells can be found in wall attachments in build mode and only with the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat (to avoid cluttering)!
• Elevators can be found in the door catalog only by pressing the show all option (filter cc and it'll be all neat, they don't show up in door height catalogs).
• Updated the Zenview apartment building to work properly like the San Myshuno one.
• Updated tuning as well.
  
  Due to many reports on the AHQ bug forum, I've decided to remove the gallery builds of the lots as residential rentals due to the possibility of corruption! You will have to turn the premade lots into Residential Rentals yourself!
