The Flower Arranging Skill that was included in Seasons adds much for aspiring florist Sims to do. Most importantly, scenting flower arrangements with different flowers gives you a whole range of effects... but some of them do little beyond give your Sim a Buff with a plain emotional effect.
This mod seeks to fix that by making them more impactful, considering other preexisting scent effects go into some depth on their own. Not all effects have been altered, only those that could benefit from additional features being added were.
The following scents have been altered:
Wisp Watcher (Snowdrop): The +2 Inspired Buff now also doubles satisfaction point gain.
Flowers of Joy and Sunshine (Daisy): The +2 Happy Buff now also halts the Fun motive's decay.
Floral Passion (Rose): The +2 Flirty Buff now speeds up the growth rate of romantic relationships by x1.5.
Moved by Beauty (Dahlia): The +3 Sad Buff now enhances the growth of Creative-tagged Skills by x1.5.
Flowers Full of Friendship (Chrysanthemum): The +2 Happy Buff now doubles the growth rate of friendships.
Dark Gift (Begonia): The hidden Buff now slows the restoration of the Hygiene, Fun and Social motives by x0.2.
Fabulously Magnificent (Bird of Paradise): The +2 Confident Buff now speeds up the growth of friendships by x1.5, doubles the rate at which Social-tagged Skills are gained, and gives Charisma a +3 Effective Skill boost.
Inspirational Flowers (Lily): The +2 Inspired Buff now doubles the rate at which Creative Skills grow and gives all Skills tagged as Creative a +3 Effective Skill boost.
Gift Betrayal (Death Flower): Sims who are Teens or older, but not yet Elders, have had their immunity to this effect removed and will "age" right up to ghosthood just as Elders do if given the "gift". Vampires remain unaffected.
Begonia, Bird of Paradise, Lily, and Death Flower have relatively stronger effects compared to the rest, to account for them being classified as "Rare Flowers" when used to scent an arrangement. The other two remaining "Rare Flowers" (Christmas Rose and Orchid) were powerful on their own and have been left unchanged.
