I have recently noticed that a lot of paintings in the game become locked when your skill gets too high. Sometimes this makes sense; your master painter probably won't be painting stick figures, but it's pretty inconsistent with the quality of paintings that get locked.

For example, a level 10 painter can paint this:

Plus, even the best artists have bad days or need to let out a scribble sometimes. So this mod removes the upper skill boundaries of paintings. Your sims will still need to get up to a high enough level to unlock paintings, but the paintings will no longer re-lock when their skill gets higher.

I made two versions of this. The first removes the upper bounds from every painting. For the second version, I left out some of the paintings that are particularly scribbly or childlike.
