There's two options: Kiss accepted OR Kiss rejected.
If the Kiss is accepted:
- Confident +2 buff
- A pop up about instant chemistry
- Smitten sentiment
- Boost in romantic relationship
If the kiss is rejected:
- Embarrassed +2 buff
- A pop up asking what are you doing?
- Hurt, Furious, Grudge sentiments
- Sad +2 Disappointed Buff
- Loss in relationship
