It's fine to have both packages. The one with "acc" appended is base game compatible, and can be found in the new Head Accessories category. That variation isn't attached to your sim like freckles or a scar would be; it's just an accessory. The other one can be found in the Brow Details category, which you can access as long as you have one of these packs: Get Famous, Vampires, or Growing Together.
Brow details work like skin details and don't come off in the shower. So which category you use might come down to whether your sim is an authentic unicorn or just dressing up :)
- Both variations use the texture space for hats.
- Only 126 polys & all LODs included for a happy game.
- Teen to elder, both frames.
