    Changelog:

    BUG FIXES:

    1. Lighting Towers and Defensive Towers now does not ignores damage reduction.
    2. Lowered Supply Depot now does not block units.

    BALANCE CHANGES:

    1. Using Shell Dagon, Wand of Blood, Sphere of Health now requires 500 energy.
    2. Using Staff of Bioplasm, Vampiric Sphere now requires 1000 energy.
    3. Damage of Staff of Bioplasm decreased from 2000 - 2000 - 2000 to 2000 - 1500 - 1000.

    GAMEPLAY CHANGES:

    1. When Vampire uses Scanner Sweep and Become Invisible it's does not stop his current action.
    2. Added cost display when hero uses item.
