XBar III

Enabled XBar Addon Management.

• Show other addons in one GUI.
• Show other addons in popup menu.
• R-Click on Config Button to open addons popup menu.
• This is not additidional function, most code also be used in XBar.
• I wrote a little code for reduce other addons' code to support XBar.
