PKWarning

New features:

- Typing /pkw will open the configuration window. Here you can enable / disable these things:

• sending / recieving warnings
• sending warnings about people in your party, if they are crims / PK's
• sending info about yourself, when target self - for PK's who likes challenge
• showing warning text when entering dangerous zone
• disable chat popup window for PKWarning channel (NOTE: will disable for all private channels, - same like in Interface Options).
• On BLACKLIST tab, you can remove zones from blacklist (more info below)

- Option to blacklist warnings from some zones - in PK list, there is a blacklist button next to zone dropdown menu. When selecting a zone from this menu, you can then click this button to permanently remove all warnings from this zone from the list. Zones may be removed from blacklist in the config.

Fixes:

- Popup chat window is disabled by default (lot of people were complaining, althought I warned them)
