New features:

• total number of PK's located can now be seen as a number on the right side of icon
• when there are new notifications, you can see a red number of new PK's in list on the left side of icon, until you open the list

Fixes:

• attempt to open PK list in a house ended with errors
• fixed a bug which caused to flag innocent people as PK's when you were criminal with positive reputation
• icon can now be moved when dragging icon
