Arrow Persist

v2.21 Fixed an error in the code for finding if the player has a Rune Catapult or Rune War Bow in their inventory

v2.0 Major update: If there are no arrows in the backpack and the player has either a Rune Catapult or Rune War Bow then Arrow Persist will equip the Rune bow and make arrows then re-equip their main bow automatically
