Arrow Persist

v2.2 Fixed an error in the code for players less then level 55
v2.1 Optimized some of the code and added more events
v2.0 Major update: If there are no arrows in the backpack and the player has either a Rune Catapult or Rune War Bow then Arrow Persist will equip the Rune bow and make arrows then re-equip their main bow automatically
